The blog will detail my trip as a monolingual American citizen who is leaving my parrot and chosen family to reunite with my father and Spanish gypsy familia whom I haven't seen in over 15 years. There will be stories, pictures, and perhaps video and music, if you are lucky.

Below is the Spanish artist, Ana Laan, singing "Paradise". I adore the song, but the line about eating a cucurucho de maní before sleeping puzzles me. Singing about the use of Nutella during foreplay is much more appropriate. I'll do my best to inspire such lyrics by hooking up with other artists while abroad...
